A restorative retreat designed to help you slow down, switch off and reconnect with yourself through mindful creativity, gentle movement and deep relaxation - with a little silver sparkle along the way.

Led by artisan jeweller Mel and experienced yoga and sound therapist Vix, Silver & Soul brings together the calming rhythm of making with the restorative practices of yoga, breathwork and sound.

Join us for a relaxed and nurturing afternoon combining mindful movement, creative jewellery making, delicious food and deep relaxation. No previous jewellery-making experience is needed - just come as you are and enjoy a day dedicated to you.

Welcome & settle in
Arrive, take a breath and settle into a warm, relaxed atmosphere with a welcoming drink before we begin.

Stretching & mindful movement
A gentle session of stretching and mindful movement to help you release tension, reconnect with your body and ease into the rest of the day.

Light lunch
Enjoy a delicious light lunch, with time to chat, pause and simply enjoy being away from the everyday.

Silver Jewellery Making 
Get creative and make your own pair of meaningful silver stacking rings, choosing from a variety of hammered and textured finishes. Each ring can have its own meaning - one representing strength, and another calm or gratitude.

Sound Bath & Deep Relaxation
Settle beneath a cosy blanket and let the day gently wind down with a deeply relaxing sound bath. Allow the soothing tones of singing bowls, gong and other sound instruments to create space to rest, breathe and simply be.

No experience needed

This retreat is suitable for complete beginners. Everything you need is provided. Come ready to relax, create and enjoy a slower pace for the day.

The retreat is held at the beautiful Soul Circle, a dedicated sanctuary and wellness space located on Shrewsbury Business Park. 

Advanced booking is essential.

Ideal for

Complete beginners onwards. Please note that a good level of dexterity and eyesight is required for the jewellery making. Over 18s only unless by prior arrangement.

Terms and Conditions for Jewellery Making Workshops

1. Booking and Availability 
Price is per person. Workshop bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance through our website. We are unable to reserve or hold places for courses.

2. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable  
Once booked, workshop fees are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Bookings are transferable to another person, but must be notified in advance. 

3. Booking Amendments
Changes to the workshop date may only be made with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations or amendments made with less than 14 days’ notice may result in the forfeiture of the workshop fee. 

4. No-Show Policy  
Failure to attend a scheduled workshop without prior notice will result in the booking being void, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

5. Workshop Cancellations 
In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled by the organiser due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

6. Age Restrictions  
Participants must be at least 18 years old unless otherwise specified in the workshop details or agreed prior to booking.

7. Health and Safety
All participants are required to follow the health and safety guidelines provided during the workshop. The organiser reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who does not comply with these rules.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions  
The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website.
