Workshops are held either at our dedicated studio space north of Shrewsbury,  or at locations around Shropshire. 

Recipients will have 12 months to redeem their voucher by selecting from the available dates on our website, with more dates continuously being added.

Choose from various values and top up or exchange for a different class. The gift voucher can also be used towards a private or tailored workshop, or towards a piece of jewellery from our website or a bespoke commission piece. 

The voucher will be emailed to you with a unique code, which the recipient can redeem at checkout on our website.

Terms and Conditions for Jewellery Making Experience Gift Vouchers

1. Validity Period  
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The experience must be booked and completed within this period.

2. Redemption  
Gift vouchers can only be redeemed for the jewellery-making workshops listed on our website. Redemption is subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

3. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The gift card value can be transferred onto other products on our website.

4. Booking Amendments 
Once a booking is confirmed, changes to the date may only be made with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations made with less than 14 days' notice may result in the forfeiture of the gift card.

5. No-Show Policy  
Failure to attend a scheduled workshop without prior notice will result in the gift voucher being void and no longer valid for redemption.

6. Workshop Cancellations 
In the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the recipient will be offered an alternative date.

7. Lost or Stolen Gift Vouchers
We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers. Replacements may be issued at our discretion. 

9. Age Restrictions 
Participants must be at least 18 years old, unless otherwise stated in the workshop details or agreed prior to booking.

10. Health and Safety
All participants must follow health and safety guidelines during the workshop. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who does not comply with these regulations.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions  
The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website.
