Recipients will have 12 months to redeem their voucher.

The gift voucher can also be used towards a workshop or a bespoke commission piece. 

The voucher will be emailed to you with a unique code, which the recipient can redeem at checkout on our website.

Terms and Conditions for Jewellery Gift Vouchers

1. Validity Period  
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The voucher must be redeemed within this period.

2. Redemption  
Gift vouchers can be redeemed as part of full payment for jewellery or jewellery-making workshops listed on our website. Redemption is subject to availability and workshops must be booked in advance.

3. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The gift voucher value can be transferred onto other products on our website.

4. Workshop Booking Amendments 
Once a booking is confirmed, changes to the date may only be made with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations made with less than 14 days' notice may result in the forfeiture of the gift card.

5. Workshop No-Show Policy  
Failure to attend a scheduled workshop without prior notice will result in the gift voucher being void and no longer valid for redemption.

6. Workshop Cancellations 
In the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the recipient will be offered an alternative date.

7. Lost or Stolen Gift Vouchers
We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers. Replacements may be issued at our discretion. 

9. Age Restrictions 
Participants must be at least 18 years old, unless otherwise stated in the workshop details or agreed prior to booking.

10. Health and Safety
All participants must follow health and safety guidelines during the workshop. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who does not comply with these regulations.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions  
The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website.

By purchasing or redeeming a gift voucher, the recipient agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
